Taco night meets pasta night! Cheesy Beefy Taco Pasta is a flavorful and delicious dinner choice when you are short on time. It’s a great back to school dinner option with only 5 ingredients needed. Have it on the table in 20 minutes!

Since the kids are back to school, I am creating easy, fast and delicious meals that can be made in under 20 minutes like this delicious Cheesy Beefy Taco Pasta. I like that only 5 ingredients are needed for this comfort food. I usually have everything in my pantry and refrigerator. Serve with a salad or vegetable. Can easily freeze well.

The flavors are great with the addition of the salsa. I like the Mrs. Renfros Chiotle Corn Salsa and the Cabot Pepper Jack Cheese. It gave it a zippy taste, not too spicy.

Tools Used in the making of this Cheesy Taco Pasta:

My Favorite Pasta Pot: I use this pasta pot almost every day. I love the size, weight and how durable it is.

My favorite Pasta Ladle: I love how big this ladle is and that it is metal and won’t melt in case it is left on the burner.

My favorite Saute PanGives a great sear for a non-stick pan, holds a lot of ingredients.

My favorite Wooden Spoon I always have a bunch of these for cooking.
